Since this product creates the mood to mention other reviews, both reviews for this product are wrong and right in their own ways (and of course, they are opinions, so feel free to ignore mine too). Anyway, I find that this slide is actually quite small. It is loose fitting for my ring finger, but it is a bit tight on my middle finger. This depends on your style of course, and that is why they come in sizes. As far as bending your finger or not, this is also a style issue. If you rest your guitar on your lap, then yes, you want the slide to go all the way down your finger (and tune your guitar in open D). However, if yo play it like a guitar, then you definitely want to bend your slide finger, so that you can still use your other fingers to finger chords or select notes.
