I heard from a lot of people that these are really good picks so I finally decided to get some for myself. I had previously been using the green tortex picks also made by dunlop. I think I like these just a little more the grip is great and they produce a nice, crisp tone. I would recommend these to anyone.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great pick that will challenge you, October 31, 2009

I finally got my pack of Dunlop Ultex Sharps .73mm. I am very happy with them. I like the Jazz picks but they are too small for me. I love the regular size of picks but none had the sharp end that the Jazz picks have.

These picks will challenge you to play cleaner, more accurate than ever. The sound they produce is rather nice, and the feel of the picks are comfortable. You can to pick slides on them all day and they won't grind down nearly as fast as a regular non-tortex pick.

My only complaint is that they don't come in .60mm. But you get used to it fairly quick.

Overall these picks have become my favorite and I use them for heavy metal to basic strumming. For the price of these picks, you can't go wrong.
